Session planning centred around exisiting schema to be shaped by the need to demonstrate clear learning outcomes. The collaborative and open planning sessions had to allow particpants to contribute and share ideas and knowledge of technology and best practice and experience of teaching and learning. Outcomes had to include lessons highlighting SEAL learning, the use of iPADs, student mobile devices, QR codes and the internet to create more engaging experiences. The new lesson designs had to be shared in a printable 'cookbook', and made available to all staff.
